Bootanimation for my taste ....
Sounds Cm 10 (Ringtone, notifications and alarms)
The default 2 cameras, the stock with the gallery,
and the Rom FusionX (better to my taste),
with quickpic as gallery,
I did not want to delete with Root uninstaller
Integrated Viper4sound, I made a present additional
and drivers enabled after reboot

Apex launcher (Light and reliable)
Kernel with init.d enabled
Apollo as music player, (It's customizable and you can get themes change colors ...)
